Architect: Rob Pfaffmann, Pfaffmann+Associates PC
Budget: $3.15M
Anticipated Opening: Summer 2008
Located on the site of a ‘50s-era gas station, the new library will include a teen lounge, gallery and reading room with café style seating. A dedicated exhibition space will initially feature photographs by Hill District native Charles “Teenie” Harris.
