Listening, Learning, Leading Together: The Library and You, the next five years

Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh is developing its next five-year strategic plan. Our vision of the future must take into account the changing needs of our users and our communities, new methods of delivering services, and our ongoing pursuit of sustainable funding.

Library users and stakeholders will play a critical role in the process. Please continue to check this website for updates.

Strategic Planning Process – Part Two

Your thoughts and ideas are important as we develop our next five-year plan. In Part One, we gathered community, staff and board input on issues, opportunities, wants and needs. In Part Two we have used that input to develop a vision for the future. Give us your input online or at one of our workshops.
