Dr. James Stewart, Professor Emeritus, Penn State, looks at the pros and cons of how the Obama administration's polices have affected the national black community.
Dr. Laurence Glasco and Richard Adams will lead the response to Dr. Stewart.
Then, the floor will be open for questions, comments and opinions from the audience. The program will be moderated by Chris Moore.
