Blogging for Nonprofits 301

Friday, April 18, 2014
9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

In this third and final class in our Blogging for Nonprofits series, we will take a look at more advanced blogging techniques and how to make them work for your nonprofit. Attendees will learn about:

• Using templates to change the look and feel of your site
• Creating static pages to supplement blog content
• Sending your blog posts to subscribers via email
• How to take donations on your blog

As a bonus, attendees will be provided access to a user manual with more than 100 pages of instruction which will supplement the 50 videos provided to those who also attend Blogging for Nonprofits 201 on April 11th.

This is the final class in a 3-part series presented by Craig Grella, founder and executive director of OrgSpring, a Pittsburgh based nonprofit with a mission to help other nonprofits accomplish their missions online. Through his work at OrgSpring over the past two years alone, Craig has helped nonprofits large and small to create compelling websites and online advocacy campaigns that have resulted in nearly $3 million raised both online and off.

The fee to attend this class is $20 per person. However, if you wish to attend all three classes in the series, the total fee is $50 which must be paid at the first class on April 4th. Registration is required by calling the Nonprofit Resource Center at 412-622-6277.
