The People's University: After Pride and Prejudice: Second Impressions

Sandy Lerner is the founder of the Chawton House Library and recipient of five honorary PhD degrees for her work in the preservation and collection of the works of early women writers. She is also founder of Cisco Systems, Urban Decay cosmetics and is now an organic, humane farmer in Virginia. Second Impressions, recently released, is the product of 26 years of Lerner's research and writing, material that also served as the genesis of the Chawton House Library and Centre for the Study of Early Women's Writing. Book signing to follow.
