Making Chicken Sausage with Garden Herbs

We are making Sausage at the West End Library! Join Luke Och of the Crested Duck Charcuterie as he demonstrates the basics of making Chicken Sausage using the bounty from West End's own garden.
Along the way we'll learn different techniques for breaking down chicken while learning to incorporate herbs into other chicken dishes.
