-Dishes will be judged in separate meat & veggie categories
-Entries are limited to the first 15 dishes in each category
-Prizes will be awarded for the top two dishes judged in each category
-Judges will be on hand from local restaurants and organizations
-A blind tasting will be held in the event of a tie
