Dale Giovengo will discuss his experiences, career in the Foreign Service and the work of the U.S. Department of State. A Pittsburgh native, Mr. Giovengo joined the U.S. Department of State in September 2006. In his most recent position, he manages a seven plus million dollar Embassy budget and more than four hundred workers who support our diplomatic mission in Tirana, Albania.
