Gallery at Main Steamrolled Pittsburgh Exhibit Reception

Come to the opening of the December gallery show.
Steamrolled Pittsburgh celebrates the beauty and uniqueness of 8 Pittsburgh neighborhoods with a construction grade steamroller. This project transforms the machine we’ve all seen used to pave roads into a giant printmaking press! At the 2012 Construction Junction Big Pour, the steamroller rolled over 8 wood-block carvings of specific Pittsburgh neighborhoods. The prints are now on view at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh-Main and can be purchased for your favorite fan of Pittsburgh at their website: steamrolledpgh.wordpress.com.
