Elementary BLAST program is primarily a grant funded program. The program receives funding from the following:

• The Grable Foundation
• The Pittsburgh Foundation
• Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield
• EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program)
• Pittsburgh Public Schools
• Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh
• Individual donations
