Ribbon Cutting

Ribbon Cutting   The $2.9 million renovations kicked off in May of 2003 after two years of planning with the community about important features and services. The Grand Re-Opening took place on February 7, 2004, and featured such speakers as Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Director Herb Elish, State Representative Michael Diven and Pittsburgh City Councilman Jim Motznick. Over 1,800 people joined the library to celebrate.
