The U.S. National Institutes of Health, through its National Library of Medicine, has developed ClinicalTrials.gov to provide patients, family members and members of the public current information about clinical research studies.

The nonprofit, Coalition of Cancer Cooperative Groups, helps raise awareness of cancer clinical trials as a treatment option and to dispel the myths. They offer TrialCheck, a free online navigation and matching system linking patients to unbiased cancer clinical trials.

Provides an extensive list of IRB approved clinical trials being conducted internationally. CenterWatch is a Boston-based publishing and information services company, part of Thomson.
The Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG)
