  • Duquesne University Undergraduate Research Program
    The Duquesne University Undergraduate Research Program is funded by Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Sciences, the Mylan School of Pharmacy, the National Science Foundation and the departments and faculty of the University. This program is open to non-Duquesne students.
  • Feminist Majority Foundation

  • Pennsylvania State House of Representatives Legislative Fellowship Program
    This 13-week program is open to college seniors and second semester juniors from the 14 state-owned and four state-related universities. Fellows can receive classroom credit and a monthly stipend of $1216 is provided.

  • Pittsburgh Tissue Engineering Initiative: Summer Internship Program
    The SIP provides paid internships for undergraduate college students who are currently enrolled in or are graduating seniors of an undergraduate program, pursuing careers in medicine, research, bioengineering, computer science, the natural sciences, or related fields.
  • Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium
    The Zoo offers internships in Animal Husbandry, Horticulture, Research, Marketing and many other areas to students at any level who are at least 18 years of age.
  • Regional Internship Center of Southwestern Pennsylvania
    The Regional Internship Center (RIC) of SWPA has been created with the help of the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board to increase the number of internships and to create a centralized internship system in the region. The RIC actively works with employers, assists them in developing internship programs and connects them to potential interns and regional colleges and universities.
  • PreserveNet
    PreserveNet is designed to provide preservationists with a database of regularly updated internet resources, internships, and professional opportunities. Established in 1994 by Cornell University it is now a collaborative effort of various universities.

  • Shaver's Creek Environmental Center Internship Program
    This is a program administered by Penn State and includes housing and a stipend. The goal of the program is to prepare students for a career in cultural/natural history and environmental education professions.
