The Department owns sheet music to approximately 850 popular songs arranged for barbershop quartet. These items are not listed in the Library's online catalog. To gain access to this material, please speak to a librarian in the Music & Art Department.

The official publication of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America (SPEBSQSA), the Music & Art Department has a full run of this periodical, from volume one, 1941, to the present. The Fifty year harmonizer index (rq ML 1 .H1403 F5 1989x) can help you find specific articles. Issues prior to 1970 are kept in remote storage.
