The Pittsburgh Dragon Boat Festival is a unique multi-cultural event. The festival is a not-for-profit initiative. -

Three Rivers Families With Children from China (TRFCC) began in 1997 as a small group of people who had adopted from China that here looking for camaraderie. TRFCC was incorporated in 2000 as a non-profit corporation and their memership has swelled to over 200 families with, and awaiting Chinese children in western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
