    Best of History Web Sites aims to provide quick, convenient, and reliable access to the best history-oriented resources online in a wide range of categories (prehistory, ancient/biblical, medieval, U.S. History, early modern European, 20th Century, World War II, art history, maps). BOHWS has been designed to benefit history educators and their students, but general history enthusiasts will find the site useful as well. The bulk of the research for this site has been done by Thomas Daccord (B.A. Princeton University, M.A. Universite de Montreal), history teacher and instructional technology consultant at the Noble & Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts.
