The Pennsylvania Department is delighted to announce the winners of the 2008 High School Photo Contest - "Imagine What You Can Do Here!" In Celebration of Pittsburgh 250. All student photos will become part of CLP's historic collection of photos known as the Pittsburgh Photographic Library.
