13th Annual Summer Reading Extravaganza

Preregistration

Please fill in the following forms. When you are finished, you and your guests will be registered for Extravaganza as well as the Summer Reading Program (you can "activate" your summer reading account after the Extravaganza). Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh has Summer Reading Programs for children, teens and adults. There is no obligation to participate in the Summer Reading Program if you sign up here.
