Lafe Metz is the chair of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s Real Estate Practice Group. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, development, finance and leasing, with emphasis on transactional planning to minimize tax consequences. He has extensive experience representing wind farms and other alternative energy clients. Mr. Metz also devotes significant time to representing taxpayers in state and local tax litigation. He is a past board member of the Allegheny County Library Association.
