Nichelle Hughley is a Vice President within PNC’s Business Lending Product Management Team. Her responsibility is to increase profitability, lower costs, and improve product performance transparency through analysis and implementation of cross functional projects. The Detroit native brings over two decades of experience across private and public sectors with strengths in operational efficiency and controls, technology enabled solutions, financial management, and business redesign and transformation in high visibility, fast paced environments.
Prior to joining PNC, her problem solving efforts reduced audit findings to the lowest in over a decade for the Office of Grants Management at The City of Detroit. At Moody’s Investors Service in New York City, Nichelle led global initiatives focused on development and centralization of operational processes, ultimately strengthening controls. Previous to that, she improved the integrity and accuracy of Goldman Sach’s general ledger and financial reporting tools. While at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, LLP, Nichelle planned and implemented new systems and processes for financial services and healthcare organizations resulting in improved operations and reporting capabilities.
Nichelle is actively involved in local community service based organizations. She is also a member of United Way’s Financially Struggling Families Leadership Team, Tocqueville Society, and Women’s Leadership Council. Nichelle is a member of the inaugural class of The Advanced Leadership Initiative (TALI) Executive Program through Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Washington.
