Library Outreach and Community Advocacy Leaders (LOCAL) Volunteers are engaged, enthusiastic Library lovers from neighborhoods all over Pittsburgh.

LOCAL Volunteers attend special events and activities across the city, spread the word about library programs, increase access to library services, give input about the community's needs and opportunities and advocate for their libraries.
