ACLL and PMC present Landlord-Tenant Workshop

March 12 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

An adult meets one-on-one with a librarian.

Navigating the court system can feel overwhelming—whether you’re a landlord or a tenant. Join us for a free, informative session to better understand your rights and responsibilities, the legal process, and how to prepare if a dispute goes to court. In this workshop you will learn landlord & tenant duties and obligations, how a case gets to court, what to expect in the courtroom, courtroom etiquette and important documents to support your case. This workshop will be presented by Judge Oscar Petite, a Hill district native with over 30 years of experience in the magisterial district court. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and feel more confident in handling landlord-tenant matters!

This class will take place online and in person in the Job & Career Education Center on the second floor of CLP-Main Library. Register here.
