As the demand for Protection From Abuse (PFA) orders continues to rise, it is essential for Pennsylvanians to have access to reliable legal information and resources. This workshop will provide an overview of PFAs, including what qualifies as “abuse” under Pennsylvania law, steps to obtaining a PFA, considerations for personal safety, when to seek legal representation, and available support services.
