Jurors are vital to our democratic society. In criminal prosecutions, there is a constitutional right to a trial by an impartial jury of one’s peers. Jury trials are a way for citizens to actively participate in our society. In this presentation, we will discuss jury service in Pennsylvania, the process and its importance. This class will take place online and in person in the Job & Career Education Center on the second floor of CLP–Main Library.
