“Cooking Matters for Families” is a multigenerational cooking program by Share Our Strength and facilitated by Adagio Health. Through hands-on cooking lessons, children and their caregivers learn about healthy eating as a family and the importance of working together to plan and prepare healthy meals on a budget.

Registration is required for this series of four classes over four weeks, and all registered families will receive groceries to recreate meals, as well as receive other food-related incentives. Each 4-week series is limited to five families in this case a family is limited to two people, so each registration qualifies two people for the program. If you would like more of your family members to join, they will need to register separately.

If you would like to sign up for this series of four classes, please register on the first date of this series (August 5th). See staff for assistance.
