Health Smart: Yoga

Woods Run

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. This all-levels yoga class will focus on building strength in the basic yoga postures and creating mobility in the joints. Modifications will be given for all poses, making this class suitable for all levels and ages (adults only). Please bring your own mat. 

Space is limited for this program. The class will be first come, first served, so make sure you arrive in plenty of time!
