Navigating and Understanding Pennsylvania Courts

September 18 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Hybrid Hybrid Event

Join Allegheny County Law Library in partnership with Pennsylvanians for Modern courts to learn about the purpose and procedures of the courts in Pennsylvania’s Judicial System. Participants will hear from a Pennsylvania judge and discuss the different subject matters of each court, knowing your way around the courtroom, how judges are selected, and how you can be a more knowledgeable and engaged citizen. Registration is not required to watch in-person but is required to participate in the virtual experience.

This workshop will be hosted by The Allegheny County Law Library, and takes place in the Job & Career Education Center on the 2nd floor of CLP-Main Library. Registration is recommended for in person attendance, and required for virtual access (use the link below to register via Zoom).
