As the demand for protection from abuse orders has increased, more than ever it is important that the residents of Allegheny County have the legal information they will need to navigate legal processes and seek support if they experience domestic abuse. This webinar will cover topics such as personal safety, what constitutes as “abuse” under Pennsylvania law, when should an abused person seek an attorney and other relevant topics.
