Studying for finals stressing you out? Need a break? CLP- South Side is hosting therapy animals in partnership with Animal Friends. Pets are a prescription for lives better lived. Evidence supports the benefits of interactions with animals, including decreased blood pressure, reduced stress and accelerated recovery rates from injuries. Take a “paws” from your studies and cuddle a Therapet! And we are open late, especially for our students! Snacks and coffee will be available all day, as well as creative activities to take a brain break.
