Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s Flights of Imagination Summer Reading kickoff is soaring to new heights! It’s like a rocket blast of books, a hot air balloon of creativity, and a flock of reading pterodactyls majestically gliding through stories. Whether you’re soaring into magical worlds or flying through galaxies, there’s no limit to where your imagination can take you. Buckle up—this summer’s about to take flight!
Allegheny County Park Rangers will present from 2:00 – 3:00pm
This program seeks to shed light on common myths and legends surrounding bats, as well as familiarize audiences with local bat species. Participants will be illuminated to the role bats play in our night skies and have the opportunity to try out their bat skills in fun and engaging activities. For grades K – 5.
