This all-levels Tai Chi class will focus on learning the Northern Wu Style 36 posture form in addition to special warm-ups and basic push-hands exercises. Participants will finish with knowing a complete Tai Chi form that can be practiced independently at home as exercise. Hands-on instruction will be given for all movements, making this class suitable for both beginners and those with prior experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Classes will be approximately 30 to 60 minutes long.
