Admit it: it’s Monday morning, and you’re already dreaming of Friday. If not, you’re probably thinking about today’s lunch.
It’s okay. Human nature will not be denied! But if you’re already thinking about Friday and/or food, why not direct your brain power toward an appetizing combination of the two?
This Friday renowned chef Bryant Terry will share his food knowledge and show off his culinary chops at CLP – Homewood. The author of several mouth-watering cookbooks—including Vegan Soul Kitchen and The Inspired Vegan—Terry has also won a 2015 James Beard Leadership Award and serves as the Chef in Residence at the Museum of the African Diaspora in San Francisco. Presented in partnership with the URA, this Library program is your chance to listen to and learn from a chef who is helping change the future of food. The program includes both a panel discussion and a cooking demonstration, so you’ll get the sauce and the sizzle, so to speak.
No reservations required—just come to CLP-Homewood this Friday, August 26th with hungry minds and stomachs!
