The Spectator, founded and edited by George A. Levy, was a weekly Pittsburgh news magazine published in the early 1900’s. The annual musical numbers contain articles contributed mainly by prominent Pittsburgh musical educators, conductors, and leaders of the time. It also contains advertisements for Pittsburgh piano dealers and other music businesses, and Pittsburgh music schools and private teachers.
