This time of year, there is nothing better than delicious warming soups, loaded with a variety of colorful vegetables and served with a slice of hearty bread.  Soup is perfect for a lunch, dinner or snack. And the best thing is that once you make a pot you usually have enough to share with a friend!

Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh has some great soup books and tons of other cookbooks with soup recipes in them for you to enjoy.
