Historical fiction is one of my favorite genres of YA literature and I have been reading a lot of it these past couple of months. Historical fiction novels are generally set in the past and can be centered around a significant historical event such as WWI or have as broad of a setting as the roaring 20s. A historical fiction novel may even include a famous figure from history or blend events from past with the present to weave an interesting narrative. If you are looking for a break from the present, take a trip back to the past and check out these titles!
