Allegra Wiles is Managing Chief Counsel at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. At PNC, she provides legal advice regarding the company’s executive compensation, equity-based compensation plans, corporate incentive plans and director compensation plans. Allegra principally supports the total rewards group within PNC’s Human Resources and related enterprise business partners in accounting, finance and tax. She also advises internal clients on tax, securities and corporate governance issues with respect to compensation and employee benefits matters and supports PNC’s mergers and acquisitions group with deal-related compensation matters. Along with the corporate and securities legal team, she prepares disclosure related to executive compensation and benefits matters.
Allegra earned her J.D., from Syracuse University School of Law (magna cum laude), where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review. She also earned an M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and B.A. (Psychology) from Princeton University.
Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, Allegra is an avid college basketball fan. Her mother, a native of Uruguay, is a school librarian, and Allegra was a frequent visitor to her town library growing up. She and her husband, a Chicago native, moved from Chicago to Pittsburgh sight unseen in 2015. Allegra and her family reside in Mt. Lebanon. She is currently Vice President of the Board of Directors of Macedonia FACE, a community based social service organization rooted in the Hill District of Pittsburgh.
