How does it work?
Tell us how much you’d like to give each month, give us your account information (don’t worry, it’s safe – once it’s entered in our secure giving website, the information is destroyed and can’t be accessed), and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s that easy!
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged automatically on the 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, it will be charged on the Friday before or the Monday after.
Can I use my bank account instead?
Sure! Just send us a check for your first donation and we’ll set it up. Funds will be withdrawn on or around the 15th of each month.
What if my situation changes and I need to temporarily suspend or cancel my support?
No problem. Just call or email us and we’ll suspend or cancel the charges to your credit card or bank account.
Can I get a receipt?
Absolutely! We’ll send you one in January for the previous year.
Will you keep sending me mail?
Since you are already supporting the Library, we’ll take you off our solicitation list. We’ll still send you our quarterly newsletters so you can see how your support makes a difference for Library users.
