Community Cultures: Fermented Foods for Health

Homemade pickled or fermented vegetables - sauerkraut, wild garlic, chili, pickles, pickled tomatoes and olives in glass jars.

Learn about the benefits of fermented foods and how to introduce them into your diet and lifestyle. This lecture-based, introductory class will go over 10 different fermented foods. Recommended for adults.
