Join CivicCLP and your fellow community for the opening reception of Pittsburgh Voices through Photos, an approach created by Essential PhotoVoice that combines amateur photography with facilitated group discussion. Using this approach, participants identified, photographed and gave voice to what makes Pittsburgh unique as well as the potential areas for growth in our community. This reception will display a selection of photographs that showcase areas of Pittsburgh that represent community and belonging to the participants.

This event will take place in the Gallery hallway and Graphic Novels Room on the first floor of CLP-Main Library. Light refreshments will be served. No registration is required. This event is recommended for teens and adults. Special thanks to the Fetzer Institute for supporting this community event.
