Catapult presents Public Libraries as an Anti-Poverty Tool: The Role of Libraries in the Fight Against Poverty

February 17 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Two boys reading a picture book together

Join us to discuss libraries’ ever changing role as a safe space that serves our community residents with “cradle to grave” services that are vital to making sure all community residents have access to education, digital inclusivity, community connectivity and even a warm place to rest. How can community organizations, city and county leadership, school systems and community residents utilize library resources to mitigate the impact of poverty?

This event is part of our Black History Month 2024 programming.
