This class is designed to help you identify why you aren’t putting yourself on your schedule (or not nearly enough) and how to start putting yourself first. We will spend time identifying your true priorities, figuring out ways to make sure your life reflects those priorities, and talk about how to fill your cup without any guilt. You will walk away with more insight on how to put yourself first, a personalized schedule created with Amy’s unique scheduling strategy, as well as tools, tips, and strategies to continue this mindset even beyond the training.

Amy Capello is a Life Balance Strategist, Certified Life Coach, Author, Speaker, and Publisher. She started Pure Joy Life Coaching in 2019 with a mission to serve those who are burnt out and exhausted, helping them to find whole life balance. Amy spent the start of her career in jobs that demanded all of her time, energy, and attention that ultimately led to overwhelm and extreme exhaustion. After years of receiving professional coaching, therapy, and through her own hard work, she learned to overcome the hustle culture and find joy in a balanced life. She now lives life intentionally and urgently, making sure that she works smarter, not harder. She is a mom, step-mom, wife, nature lover, avid traveler, and cancer survivor. She volunteers with Little Pink Houses of Hope, who provides free retreats for breast cancer patients and their families. She has also volunteered with the Tybee Sea Turtle Project for over fifteen years.

This class takes place in the Job & Career Education Center on the second floor of CLP-Main Library.
