Carnegie Library School – Contains Library School Association’s materials as well as annual reports and minutes of faculty meetings from 1901 to 1963.
Carnegie Museum of Art Women’s Committee – Collection consists of information about the administrative management of the committee, as well as planning materials and photographs of various events held by the committee from 1957 – present.
Children’s Department, Main – Contains reports, programming, correspondence, photographs, and historical material pertaining to the Children’s Department from 1901 to present.
Community Relations/CC&S – Relates to administrative aspects of Carnegie Library and miscellaneous events including news releases, memorabilia, and photographs from 1900 to present.
Development Office – Dealing with Library’s funding efforts from 1940 to 2006.
Director’s Office – Collection consists of materials that relate to the day-to-day activities of the Director of the Carnegie Library, but also includes materials that include the various departments and branches.
District Services – Consisting of studies, surveys, conferences, and reports that provide the foundation that District Services is based on from 1950 – present.
Finance and Administrative Office – Relates to the finances, buildings policies, and activities of Carnegie Library 1960 to present.
Friends of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – The materials in the collection span the years 1996-2003 and contain Annual Reports, Board minutes, and Rare Book Committee materials.
History and General Information Collection – Various materials relating to many aspects of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – reports, histories, and memorabilia from 1892 to present.
Main Library Docents – Materials relating to the Library docent training at CLP – Main from 1995 to 1999.
Main Library Services – Documents the Main Library Services Departments under the authority of the Assistant Director of Carnegie Library – Main from 1915 to present.
Neighborhood Libraries – Day-to-day workings of the Associate Director of the CLP branches from 1974– present.
President’s Office of the Carnegie Museums – Dealing with the daily operation of the President’s Office of Carnegie Institute from 1890 – 1999.
Staff Association – Deals with the organization and functions of the CLP Staff Association from 1943 to present.
Volunteer Services – Dealing with the everyday working of this department of Carnegie Library from 1990 to present.
