Abbi Jacobson wants to know what you carry with you in your everyday life.  She is interested in what we can learn about someone by seeing their belongings.  She imagines what some real and fictional people would carry with them on a daily basis.  For example, she pictures that Forrest Gump’s stuff would include a box of chocolates, a smiley face, a ping pong paddle, his dog tags, and a medal of honor.  Abbi’s drawings include “To Do” lists, key chains, make-up and other personal products, snack choices, and reading preferences for dozens of real and fictional people.  Pop Culture junkies will love this book.  It is fun to guess whose stuff is depicted in the collage of drawings.  This book is also available as an eBook on the library’s Overdrive platform.
