November is National Native American Heritage Month. The following is a list of recent nonfiction releases that celebrate Indigenous heritage, including cooking, wellness, and environmental stewardship.

The Seven Circles: Indigenous Teachings for Living Well

Husband and wife duo Chelsey Luger and Thosh Collins started Well for Culture, an Indigenous wellness initiative to spread the word about Native wellness philosophies. They expound on the Seven Circles referenced in the title (Food, Movement, Sleep, Ceremony, Sacred Space, Land, Community) to provide readers with the framework for a balanced, nature-focused approached to wellness.
