The video game Minecraft can give kids the chance to be creative and develop useful skills such as spatial reasoning, math skills and an interest in coding that can be used in the real world. My son has been interested in games, including Minecraft, since middle school. This led him to major in computer and information sciences, which offers good internship possibilities and (hopefully!) a great future career.
