National Vegan Month

November is National Vegan Month! The American Dietetic Association states that “appropriately planned” plant-based diets can offer numerous health benefits. Such eating habits are also good for the planet, according to international public health experts. Many world cuisines are principally vegan or vegetarian, offering an opportunity to expand your palate.
